This website is operated by the association as an information resource about its non-profit activities. It does not sell goods or services and does not process payments.
By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of our services
Information published here is general in nature and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or social work advice. It does not replace consultation with a qualified specialist.
Our services are not an emergency service. In an emergency call 112, the state child helpline 116111, or the crisis line 116123.
Participation in workshops, clubs and counselling is subject to available capacity and funding. We may prioritise families in greatest need and residents of Krimulda municipality.
3. Participation and conduct
Participants agree to treat other participants, volunteers and staff with respect, to keep confidential anything personal shared within a support group, and to follow the instructions of activity leaders.
We may exclude a person from an activity, without refund of any voluntary contribution, where their conduct threatens the safety or dignity of others, particularly children. Serious incidents are handled under our Child Protection and Beneficiary Safeguarding Policy.
A parent or guardian remains legally responsible for their child. Children are placed in our care only for the duration and location of a specific activity for which the parent has registered them.
4. Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable once received, except where a payment was made in error and we are notified within 14 days.
Donations are used for statutory purposes. Where a donor designates a specific programme, we honour that designation; if that programme is fully funded, we contact the donor before reallocating the gift.
We do not guarantee tax benefits to any donor. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and the applicable law of the Republic of Latvia.
5. Intellectual property and links
Text, photographs and graphic materials on this website belong to the association or are used with permission. They may be reproduced for non-commercial, informational purposes with attribution.
Our site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Liability and governing law
We take care that information on this site is accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
