Statutory reporting
The association keeps accounts in accordance with the Law on Accounting and Cabinet regulations applicable to associations and foundations. Each financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December.
The annual report — comprising the balance sheet, the statement of income and expenditure, and the report on activities — is approved by the members' general meeting and submitted to the State Revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia within the statutory deadline. Once submitted, it is publicly accessible through official Latvian registers.
The association has no commercial activity beyond that which directly serves its statutory aims, distributes no profit, and pays no dividends. Board members receive no remuneration for their board duties.

Internal controls
All payments above EUR 300 require authorisation by two board members. Bank transfers are the only accepted method for donations and payments; the association does not hold a cash desk at public events.
The revision commission, elected by and reporting to the general meeting independently of the board, examines the accounts annually and confirms that expenditure matches approved purposes.
Conflicts of interest must be declared in writing; the person concerned does not participate in the relevant decision. Related-party transactions are disclosed in the annual report.
Restricted grants and designated donations are tracked separately and reported to the funder in accordance with the grant agreement.
